I’ve worked in – and with- all kinds of organisations across my career, from huge multinationals to startups and high-growth scale-ups.
My background in brand management for industry giants like Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola was followed by consultancy and agency experience with Interbrand in London and with Leo Burnett in Dubai. I then founded, built, and sold my own award-winning e-commerce start-up, before heading up a brand and leadership consultancy and working as an advisor to the C-suite.
In 2020 I was appointed as Chief Executive of The Marketing Society, the international community of marketing leaders, founded in 1959 and now with hubs in London, Scotland, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UAE and New York.
I’m a member of The Marketing Society (of course), The Marketing Group of Great Britain, WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership), Soho House and a companion member of The Chartered Management Institute.
I believe in shaping and supporting a fairer, more inclusive world. And I also believe that communities, networks and collaboration all help speed up success – as well as helping business be more positive, more interesting and more enjoyable.
